2 Tim 2:4 No soldier gets entangled in civilian pursuits, since his aim is to please the one who enlisted him.

A good soldier is never off-duty.  Even in seasons of rest there is a carefulness to protect freedoms and be observant of any enemy attacks.  He never forgets who He is or his mission.  In the same way, as soldiers of Christ, let us not be so busy in day to day life or earthy pursuits that we forget our commander officer and battle orders.  There is no such thing as an off-duty Christian.
